Jeff Rodriguez is the Founder and President of JR Consulting, LLC. He is a retired law enforcement officer, former physical security expert for the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and former Vice-President of Security for the San Francisco 49ers. In these capacities, Jeff cultivated professional relationships in the security industry across the country and across the world. A recognized expert in all aspects of physical security, Jeff helped to establish physical security protocols at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. Jeff was responsible for the security needs of the multi-billion dollar NFL franchise at home and abroad, and established an industry standard in professional sports franchise security which several other sports franchises now model. Jeff founded JR Consulting to provide selected clients with security solutions tailored to meet their unique needs.
Jason Reardon is the Vice-President of JR Consulting, LLC. A retired law enforcement executive, Jason spent nearly 30 years with the California Highway Patrol (CHP), where his last position was Assistant Chief responsible for CHP operations in the nine counties of the San Francisco Bay Area. Jason was certified by Texas A&M University to conduct critical infrastructure security assessments and assessed the new span of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge prior to its opening. Jason was also heavily involved in the law enforcement planning for Super Bowl 50 at Levi’s Stadium, and worked with Jeff as the Senior Director of Security for the 49ers. Jason graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Public Administration, and from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School’s Master’s Degree Program, majoring in Security Studies.
Ed Green is the Director of Operations at JR Consulting, LLC. He is a U.S. Army veteran and after his military service, he transitioned to a notable 27-year career with the Daly City (CA) Police Department, retiring in 2022 as a Lieutenant and Watch Commander. His extensive experience includes serving on the Special Weapons and Tactics Team, supervising several patrol teams, and fulfilling roles in the Detective Bureau and the Professional Standards Unit. He also managed the Patrol Division, the Technical Services Division, and led the Department’s Riot and Control Unit. Furthermore, Ed was deeply involved with the San Francisco 49ers security detail for over 15 years, where he traveled extensively with the team's owners and top executives. He is certified to perform and manage risk assessments and is trained in various strategic analysis methods, including the CARVER model.
Ken Lindberg, P.E., is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of JR Consulting, LLC. Ken is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Power Engineering Construction Company, having founded the company in 1986. A civil engineer by trade, Ken helped to create a company that delivered some of the most complex marine and near shore, heavy-civil construction and restoration projects on the West Coast. Known for his ability to grow businesses from the ground up, Ken excels in formulating plans and policies to achieve corporate objectives while staying true to company direction and the core values of business integrity, ingenuity, and no-surprises project delivery. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
